I am looking for an IT course

I want to order a course. Do I need to have my own account or registration on your website?

You can start ordering courses without having your own online account; however, during the ordering process you will be asked to create one. To register for a course, we need a few basic information about yourself, and an online account significantly improves our mutual communication and gives you a clear overview of the courses you attend.

Should I register for the training as a private individual or as a legal entity?

You indicate whether you are registering as a private individual or a legal entity directly in the order form.

You should register as a legal entity if:
- you are an employee and the invoice for your training will be paid by your employer
- you are a company / institution ordering training for employees
- you are a self-employed person and will record the training invoice in your accounting

You should register as a private individual if:
- you are an individual paying for the course yourself and do not plan to include the invoice in any company’s accounting
- you are a student paying for the course from your own funds (by the way, did you know that as a student, you have 10 % discount which you can use for as many courses as you like)

I have a valid voucher for courses at OKškolení, how can I use it?

To apply a voucher, select Apply discount → Discount code in the course order form, enter the code stated on the voucher, and the course price will be reduced by the voucher amount.
If there is any remaining value on the voucher, please contact our team by email at skoleni@oksystem.cz.

Can courses be paid for by the Labour Office as a part of retraining programmes?

Unfortunately, our OKškolení courses are not included in Labour Office retraining programs, so they cannot be used in this way. A list of retraining course providers can be obtained from your local Labour Office.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course? 

After completing any of our IT courses, participants receive a certificate to confirm your participation in the course.

What is the difference between a certificate and a professional certification?

A course completion certificate confirms that you attended the course. Its issuance is not conditional on passing a knowledge test or exam.
Professional certification is on the other obtained after you successfully complete the certification exams. 
How does this work:
For authorized courses (e.g. selected Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux courses), you can subsequently register for certification exams at our testing center. Successfully passing these exams is required for your skills to be validated by an official certification issued by the relevant authority. Troubleshooting

I have paid for the online course, but I did not receive a login link.

We send the login link few days before the scheduled training date to the email address provided in each participant’s registration. Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, please contact us by phone at +420 236 072 251.

I want to register another participant for a training course, but I can’t use my email address again during registration.

For a single training course, an email address can be used only once to register as the ordering person. If you want to register additional participants for the same course at a later time, you need to use a different, unique email address.

Can the pro-forma invoice be changed?

Yes, the advance invoice can be corrected. Please send your request to skoleni@oksystem.cz.

Can the final invoice / tax document be changed?

The invoice can be corrected, but only before the relevant accounting period is closed. If this is the case, please send your request to skoleni@oksystem.cz.

Testing center / Professional certifications

Is completing a course required in order to take certification exams?

No, it is not. You can register for exams at our testing center without prior course attendance. However, courses are a highly recommended and suitable preparation for the exams.

Are certification exams included in the courses?

No, certification exams are not a part of any of the courses. Certification exams require separate registration in advance. Exams are taken independently of courses at our testing center, which is technically adapted for this purpose.  

How can I register for certification exams?

There are two ways to register for certification exams:

1. Directly via the Pearson website
On the Pearson website, find the relevant exam and select OKškolení Testing Center from the list of available locations. Then choose a suitable date from the available options.

2. Registration via OKškolení
Fill in our registration form and our staff will contact you to confirm the exam topic and date.

Due to the high technical and security requirements imposed by certification authorities, we recommend choosing authorized testing centers, such as the OKškolení Testing Center, instead of remote home-based testing. These centers ensure a secure and uninterrupted exam environment.

Organizational topics

Which platform are the online courses held on?

All our online training courses are delivered via Zoom. If you haven´t been using  this application yet, there is no need to download it to your computer – you can easily join using a one-time link that we will send you.

Do I need my own laptop for an in-person course?

No, personal laptops are not required. Our courses take place in fully equipped training rooms using our devices, which include all necessary connections and software installations.

What time do the courses start?

Our courses usually start at 8:30 a.m. and most often end at 4:00 p.m.

Is refreshments provided during in-person courses?

Yes, the course fee includes lunch in the cafeteria as well as a credit that you can freely use to purchase light refreshments in our canteen.

Is parking available at your Prague – Pankrác location?

Unfortunately, parking in the OKsystem building is not available due to capacity limitations. We recommend using parking spaces in nearby streets (residents of Prague 4 may park anywhere, other visitors may park only in purple zones) or the parking garage at the Arkády Pankrác shopping center.

What accommodation options are available near the training center in Prague?
